Asante Kotoko Draw Goalless In Second Friendly With Al Ittihad Tripoli

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have drawn goalless in their second international friendly game against Al Ittihad Tripoli in Libya on Friday afternoon.

The Porcupine Warriors were looking to avenge the 2-1 loss they suffered to their hosts in the first match played two days ago but try as they did, they couldn’t break the resolute Al Ittihad Tripoli defense.

Kotoko under the able guidance of head coach David Duncan paraded what is fast becoming the team’s starting XI with only one change to the starting team that lost the first game against the Libyan side in a club friendly on Tuesday.

By far it was a better performance from the Ghanaians  than they did on Wednesday clipping the wings the attack force of the Al Ittihad Tripoli team.

The team is expected back in Ghana by Sunday.
