Hearts Of Oak Abandon Chase For Coach Yussif Basigi

Accra Hearts of Oak have abondoned the chase for Sekondi Hasaacas coach Yussif Basigi, footballcrusader.com can confirm.

The Phobians were looking to rope the experienced coach nto the fold as a replacement to head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi, who until last night had his job hanging by a small thread, have given the coach more time to perfect the team else face the sack.

Almost all the coaches Hearts lined up for the coaching job have shied away from it with different excuses. But Yussif Basigi who looked interested in the prospect of coaching Hearts, later opted out citing a few reasons he can’t take up the offer.

“Yes we spoke to him but looking at his work schedule with Hasaacas Ladies, and the Black Queens, it will not be very efficient to have him. We want a coach who can or will devote his time to us and has the needed concentration.”

“So to us it’s one of those things in football and both parties have agreed that it can’t be possible”, a member of the Hearts Board told footballcrusader.com.”

As it stands now, Hearts of Oak are no longer in search of a head coach, especially after the Board informed Kenichi Yatsuhashi of their decision to allow him continue with his job.
