Ghana’s male Under-17 football team, the Black Starlets won all the honours at the just ended four nation tournament in Namibia following their flawless display to emerge champions of the competition.
Young Goalkeeper, Prince Asempa won the best goalkeeper award while Emmanuel Toku emerged the overall Best Player of the tournament.
Forward Daivid Cudjoe won the goal king award after scoring 5 goals in the competetion.
The Asokwa Deportivo striker also scored the highest number of goals in a single game by finding the back of the net four times in the first group game against Namibia U23 side which Ghana won 8-0.
Ghana beat Germany again in their second clash in the competition by 2-1 to emerge champions after seeing off Namibia U23 and U20 sides earlier in the competition.
The competition will serve as a preparatory ground for the Black Starlets, who have a qualifier against Liberia in June this year.
