Nurudeen Ahmed Joins Medeama SC

Former Aduana Stars head coach, Nurudeen Ahmed has joined  Medeama SC.

Nurudeen Ahmed resigned from his post two weeks ago after his second Ghana Premier League defeat to Wa All Stars.

And he has been signed on to the Medeama SC technical team.

Tom Strand, current head of the technical team is threatening to resign after his coaching responsibilities were taken over by technical director, Evans Addotey on Sunday in the Mauve and Yellows two-all stalemate against Kotoko at the Baba Yara sports stadium.

Sports crusader sources say, the decision of management to appoint Ahmed is to replace him with the Swede should they fail to get a favourable result in their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup match against Al Ittihad of Tripoli.

Medeama SC will leave Ghana to Tunisia today (Thursday) to Tunisia for the first leg of the continent’s inter-club football competition on Sunday.
