Chief Executive Officer of Inter Allies, Eric Delali Senaya, has told Evans Mensah to take advantage of his call-up to the Black Stars.
The winger, who has been the Eleven Is To One star man in this year’s premier league, has been called up as a late replacement for the injured David Accam ahead of the Black Stars’ twin AFCON 2017 qualifier against Mozambique.
And Senaya, who was instrumental in the club’s chase for the services of the youngster from the Right to Dream Academy a year ago, believes his call up is testament to the fact that hard work pays in football.
“I think it is a good development for the player. He is young, still learning and I hope he will go there as a good student and learn from his senior colleagues,” Senaya told CCRA BASED, Joy FM.
“It is a good opportunity to see that with hard work you will be able to reach the top,” he added.
Delali Senaye warned that he should make the most of the advantage given him.
“It is too early for anybody to celebrate this news. He’s been given an opportunity to exhibit his talents over there,” he stated.
“I hope he will take advantage of this opportunity, if he does a good job then the young ones can learn from his hard work,” Senaya stressed.
Evans Mensah has already won three man of the match awards in five matches in the Ghana Premier League.
