Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Kenichi Yatsuhashi has commended the Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for the ban on supporters of the club from the stands.
Hearts of Oak played in an empty stadium against Sekondi Hasaacas on Wednesday in their Ghana Premier League (GPL) Match-Day 12 encounter, but, where fortunate to came away with all three points as Isaac ‘Messi’ Mensah scored the only goal of the game for the Phobia boys.
In an a post match press conference Coach Kenichi said “we have being punished, which I think is a fair punishment for what we did during our match with Wa All Stars”.
“Our focus is now on the trip to Aduana Stars which is a very difficult game and we have to go there and get a result,” he added.
Hearts of Oak faces an uphill task in their next GPL match when they come up against an in-form Aduana Stars side at Dormaa on Saturday.
