Baffoe Disappointed With Defeat On Return To Kotoko

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko versatile midfielder, Prince Baffoe has expressed disappointment at Inter Allies defeat to Kotoko upon his return to his former employees.

Baffoe joined the Tema based Premier League side on a free transfer after spending four years with Asante Kotoko where he won three league trophies and one MTN FA Cup.

Amos Frimpong scored from the spot in the 60th minute to give Kotoko a 1-0 home win over Inter Allies after substitute striker, Elvis Amoh was brought down in the box after 58 minutes.

In the post match interview with the media the former Ghana U20 midfielder said, “I must concede I am very disappointed with the defeat upon my return to Kumasi.”

He added, “I came here with Inter Allies aiming at nothing than a win or badly a draw but the team’s performance was unparalleled as we played much of the game with just 10-men.”
