Aduana Stars forward,
Derrick Sasraku is optimistic he can continue his fine start to the season when his side face Dreams FC at the Nana Agyeman Badu park in Dormaa this Sunday.
The powerful will hope to get a starting berth for the Ghana premier League Week 11 encounter after his heroics gave the Ogya lads a first away win of the season last weekend in Dansoman.
Sasraku came off the bench to score an injury time winner for Aduana in their 3-2 win over Liberty Professionals at the Carl Reindorf Park and ahead of this weekend’s tie with newly Promoted Dreams, the striker is confident he can make a mark.
Speaking with Kumasi based Metro FM, the 25-year old attributed the victory at Liberty to his team’s hard work.
“First of all I think its our hardwork that earned us that great away win at Liberty. We were determined to do that and thanks to the enthusiasm of the boys, we did it in Dansoman”, “Sasraku said.
“I personally hope to continue improving game after game”, he added.
On Aduana Stars’ game this weekend, Sasraku said, “Dreams FC are very good side but trust me we are fired up. We need to continue winning. We cannot afford to drop point at home this time around. “
