Accra Hearts of Oak defender Isaac Oduro is itching to return to competitive action after a spell on the treatment table.
The player suffered a nasty injury in their FA Cup elimination away to Samartex FC at Samreboi and has since been missing for the league leaders.
The 22 year old is relishing the prospect of getting back to competitive action for his side after his bout on the treatment table.
Isaac Oduro openly expressed the mental trauma he is undergoing any time his colleagues take to the pitch.
“When I see my colleagues play I feel like I should be playing there too. My injury situation is preventing me from playing for now but I am relishing the prospect of returning to the pitch.
“Even though I don’t play with the team as at now I still pray for the team and wish that we win collectively,” Oduro told Sportscrusader.com.
The injury ravaged defender has missed the last four matches for Kenichi Yatsuhashi’s men as they returned to the top of the league log.
