Chelsea To Make Bid For Slovenian Goalkeeper

Chelsea showed plenty of spirit in the second half against Tottenham on Monday night, but that has been sadly lacking for much of the season.


Antonio Conte is not the kind of manager to take any prisoners and reports in the Daily Star suggest that he is planning on replacing Thibaut Courtois with Samir Handanovic.


The Slovenia international will certainly need no introduction to the incoming Chelsea boss, having spent over a decade playing his football in Italy.


His impressive performances in Serie A have twice resulted in the 31-year-old being named as the best goalkeeper in the division
