Accra Hearts of Oak have registered three players for the second round of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) which commences later this month.
The club has confirmed the signing of defensive midfielder, Macou Badu as well as forward Patrick Razak and defender Kassenu Ghandi.
Badu who has been promoted from the junior team, Auroras, has signed on a three year deal, and, is expected to add to the already strong Hearts of Oak midfield.
Patrick Razak has been signed from Division One outfit, Tamale Utrecht also on a three year deal, and, will add competition in the forward positions at the club.
Kassenu Ghandi who was a member of the victorious Ghana U-20 side that won the FIFA World Cup in Egypt in 2009, has signed a year and a half deal with the Phobians.
They will add to the presence of the Phobians in the second round of the GPL that has been scheduled to start of the weekend of 25/26 June.
The players will resume training with the team on Monday at the Legon Ajax Park to continue with their preparations for the GPL as they look to win a first title since the 2008/2009 season.
They will battle for places in the team together with the old players already on board as Hearts look to mount a serious assault on the competition in the second round.
Accra Hearts of Oak finished the first round of the campaign with 26 points from 15 games, and, sits in fourth position, two points behind the leaders Wa All Stars.
