Mubarak Wakasu Joins Greek Side Panathinaikos

Black Stars anchor man Mubarack Wakasu has signed a three year deal with Greek side Panathinaikos.

The nomadic midfielder spent the second half with Spanish side las Palmas but has officially joined the Greek  giants ahead of the 2015/16 European season.

The Ghanaian joined from Russian side Rubbin Kazan where he has since failed to settle.

His departure from the books of the Russian side brings his nomadic career that saw him shipped to Celtic and Las Palmas.

Wakasu had previously featured for Villareal , Elche and will be shouldering more responsibilities for his new paymasters as they search for domestic supremacy next season.

The strongly built Ghanaian is revered for his ferocious shots from any part of the field headlined by the thunderbolt against Guinea in the 2015 AFCON qualifier in his home town Tamale.
