English Premier league club, Arsenal have fine tuned their preparations towards their highly impossible task of overturning a 0-2 first leg deficit to Barcelona of Spain in their UEFA champions league clash on Wednesday.

Arsenal failed to register a goal in the first tie as Lionel Messi bagged a brace to virtually end the Gunners hope of making it beyond the round of 16 for the first time in over a decade.

Arsene Wenger and his beleaguered players will look to put in a better showing than their last outing in the FA cup 1-2 home defeat to Watford.

Photos: Barcelona Arrive For Arsenal Champs League Encounter

FC Barcelona has landed safely London. The team met early Monday morning at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper before heading to Barcelona-El Prat Airport, where they caught their 10.50am flight to Luton Airport outside the English capital. The flight landed at London Luton at 12:45pm.

Upon their arrival, the club will bus to their hotel until this afternoon’s training session at the Emirates Stadium, their final workout before the game against Arsenal. Tuesday’s first leg of the Champions League last 16 is set to kick off at 07.45pm.

Before the workout, FC Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique and midfielder Ivan Rakitic will appear before the media
