GPL Matchday 13 Preview: WAFA v Techiman City

The West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) who have drawn their last two game, will be eager to get back to winning ways when they host Techiman City at the Red Bull Arena, Sogakope.

WAFA have been very strong at home since they returned to the Ghanaian top-flight, and, will seek to make things difficult for the league debutants.

The Academy lads are ninth on the Ghana Premier League (GPL) ladder with 16 points, with all but two of those being earned in front of their home fans.

They will be seeking their fifth win of the campaign and look to increase their gaols tally of 13 in 12 games in the competition so far.

City has impressed so far in their debut season and will seek to make life difficult for their hosts as they go in search of their first away win of the campaign.

They are fifth on the GPL log with 18 points and do have a game in hand. In the 11 games they have played, City have posted five wins, scoring 14 goals and conceding 11, which is not a bad return for a debuting club in a top-flight competition.
