Spirits High As Hearts Resume Training

Accra Hearts of Oak returned to training in high spirits after the one-week break handed the players by the technical team at the end of the first round of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) competition.

Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi took the boys through their paces on Monday at the Legon Ajax Park after he gave them the week off following the GPL game with Dreams FC at Dawu.

The players returned with renewed energy as they went through the regime, and, they looked poised for the action when the league resumes.

The second round of the season has been fixed to start on the weekend of 25/26 June with Hearts’ first game against Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.

They will continue to train from Wednesday under the technical team and it is anticipated that they will be really up for it when the league resumes.
