Wa All Stars defender, Nicholas Mensah, has revealed his frustration after their stalemate at home to Ashgold SC.
The versatile defender rued the missed chances to stretch their lead at the top of the log following series of drawn games by their competitors.

The Wa-based side spurned the chance to stretch the lead at the top of the division following dropped points by the chasing pack.
Talismanic defender for the league leaders, Nicholas Mensah, vented his frustration on lady luck for their 0-0 stalemate with the Miners.
“It was a great opportunity to stretch the lead at the top of the log but luck was not on our side. We tried everything humanly possible, but the ball refused to go in and it is part of the game.
“There are days when the ball will not just go in, but as a footballer, we have to move on and hope for the better”, Nicholas told sports crusader.
Wa All Stars maintain their lead at the top of the log with the point earned, but will have to avoid defeat in Sogakope to stay atop the league.
