Fianoo Reveals Why He Returned To GHALCA

Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), chairman elect, Kudjoe Fianoo has revealed that he returned to the Association after accomplishing a project he was working on.

Kudjoe Fianoo served as administrative manager of the successful GHALCA team that made the Association vibrant in the early 2000s, but left to head AshantiGold Sporting Club in 2006.

In an interview with Sportscrusader.com, Mr Fianoo revealed that he returned to rebuild GHALCA to the peak cherished by its members and football-loving fans in the country.

“Once a soldier, always a soldier. I helped in building GHALCA to a certain level and I am returning to take it to a different level.

“I took a backseat from the Association because I was working on a project and that project was to win the league for AshantiGold Sporting Club.

“Having accomplished that mission, I now have the motivation to come back to GHALCA and help in rebuilding the Association,” he said.

Mr Fianoo beat off competition from Kofi Poku, Isaac Wilberforce Koomson and Nana Oduro Sarfo to win the ticket to succeed Alhaji Braimah Raji.
