Black Stars Coach Avram Grant is said to be building a school in Ghana as a way of giving back to the society after a year of being in charge of the senior national team.
This revelation was made by the Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association Ibrahim Saanie Daara.
According to him, there are many things the ex-Chelsea coach is doing in Ghana aside coaching the Black Stars adding that at the right time the FA will make them public.
“Avram Grant is doing a lot of things for the country aside coaching. He is not leaving charity to just the players,” Daara told local radio station Happy FM.
“As I speak to you now, he is putting up a school building for the people of Winneba,” he revealed.
Grant replaced Kwesi Appiah in 2014 in a three-year deal and led the Black Stars to finish as runners-up to Cote d’Ivoire, who won the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations held in Equatorial Guinea early this year.
