Inter Allies striker Mohammed Sherif Deo has joined Richard Arhin on a trip to Egypt for trials with Arab Contractors.
The Tema based lanky attacker made the trip to the North African country with the hope of landing a permanent switch ahead of the 2016 domestic season.
Sherif enjoyed a bright start to his 2014 domestic domestic season but cooled off at the home streek end of the season.
The “Eleven is to One” forward racked in n9 impressive goals to announce himself to the football terrain and the watching world. The striker led the scoring chart for his Tema based in a goal feast 2014/15 FCPPL season, that saw Kofi Owusu register 19 goals to win the golden boot.
Sheriff impressive run in the league saw him included in the local version of the Black stars in their failed attempt to book a place in the 2016 CHAN in a double header against Cote d’Ivoire.
The Harbour based side prepared themselves for an imminent departure of their prized asset with the arrival of two Imports from Gambia and sierra Leone to beef up the attacking department.
He joins compatriot Richard Arhin from Aduana stars whose eight goals sealed a top four place for the 2009 domestic champions at the end of the 2014/15 FCPPL seaso.
The duo is expected to ink three year deal with the North African giants should they impress their soon to be paymasters.
