Ashanti Gold Sporting Club Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kudjoe Fianoo is set to relinquish his post, Sportscrusader.com has gathered.
According to Sportscrusader.com sources, Mr. Fianoo is ready to leave the club, after winning the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), elections on Thursday.
It is believed Mr. Fianoo has a lot on his table and he is ready to bow out, after serving the club for almost a decade.
Supporters Union of Ashanti Gold, National Coordinating Committee (NCC), gave Kudjoe Fianoo a three-day ultimatum to either accept a pay cut of 50% or resign.
Mr. Fianoo forwarded the letter to his employers, AngloGold, but they are yet to respond to the demands of the supporters.
Fianoo led AshGold to win the league title last season after almost two decades.
