Wa All Stars Captain Confident Of Kotoko Scalp

Wa All Stars captain Hafiz Adams remains confident his side will get the better side of Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Wa Park when they lock horns in the midweek clash.

Wa All Stars host their high flying visitors without a win in four attempts but their talismanic captain remains bullish about their chances at home.

The right back for the Wa based top tier side ruled out current form ahead of the penultimate round of matches in the first half of the season as they look to return to winning ways.

Wa All Stars fired an early season warning to their domestic rivals with 5 wins and 2 draws in the opening 7 fixtures but has since won just one match in the last six attempts.

Talismanic captain for the Malik Jabir Park outfit however remains upbeat about the three contested points at the Wa Park.

“A premier league fixture against Kotoko comes with its own motivation and that is enough to keep the three points at Wa.

We are not under any pressure to beat Kotoko which has made our work normal like in the other matches.

We are ready for any club as far as the club is also playing in the Ghana Premier league which includes Kotoko.

I am very much certain the story line at the Wa Park will change after the 90 minutes because the contested points have no ticket to Kumasi.

We need that win to get our season back on tract”, Hafiz Adams told sports crusader exclusively.

The energetic right back has been one of the reliable pillars at the back for Enos Adepa and his youthful side that look destined for greatness.

The host remains unbeaten at home and have only leaked just one goal in six attempts.
