Louis van Gaal has insisted Manchester United are still in the hunt for a top four place after beating Norwich 1-0 at Carrow Road.
The win left the Reds just a point off their cross-town rivals who play Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
And the United boss admitted he will be supporting Arsene Wenger’s men when watching tomorrow’s clash at the Etihad Stadium.
Van Gaal said: “I am more or less tomorrow indeed a Gunners fan.
“But it’s always a difficult game between these kinds of teams and after the defeat against Real Madrid it’s not so easy for Manchester City to revive.
“We keep the pressure on our competitors and we hope we can achieve the Champions League place because we want to play at the highest level.
“But it is still very tough because we now have to play away against West Ham United and we have seen them already in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, it was not so easy so we have to repeat that.”
