The technical bench of Kumasi Asante Kotoko is considering registering former midfielder, Michael Akuffo for the second round of the 2015-16 Ghana Premier league (GPL) season.
Michael Akuffo joined Lebanese side Al-Ansar SC on a season long loan from the Porcupine Warriors, but injuries halted his output for the club.
The 30-year-old returned to the country to nurse the injury before the start of the season, and he was considered for a return to the club, but the technical heads rated Theophilus Nyame, Stephen Nyarko and Kojo Poku ahead of him.
His loan spell will expire in June this year, and Kotoko intends to register him for the second part of the season.
