Martin Antwi Confident WAFA Will Build On John Killa"s Foundation

West African Football Academy Sporting Club’s midfielder Martin Antwi is confident his side will build on the good work done by their departed trainer John Killa.

The attacking midfielder lavished kind words on his expatriate tactician for reposing confident in young players but remains optimistic of life without the dutch trainer.

The 20 year tipped his Sogakope based side to open a new chapter in the absence of their departed dutch master who left WAFA SC after a six year spell.

John Killa mutually ended his marital affair with WAFA after another impressive opening half of the GPL highlighted by their 7-0 aggregate scoreline win over Kotoko and Sekondi Hasaacas.

Martin Antwi, who has excelled under the managerial guidance of John Killa, commended his former trainer for the strong foundation laid before returning to his country of birth.

” I think John Killa has done a very great job before he left the shores of the country. He has built a very strong team before leaving and his abscence will not affect us in the second round of the season. We will build on our first round in the abscence of John Killa”, Martin Antwi told sports crusader.

The Academy boys have made their Sogakope pitch a fortress to account for their poor form on the road. John Killa returned Feyenoord SC to the top tier league in 2014 under a new name- WAFA SC.
