The Minister of Youth and Sports Honarable Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye has commended Sulley Ali Muntari for apologising to Ghanaians for his unacceptable behaviour during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil that led to his expulsion from camp, prior to Ghana’s last group game against Portugal.

Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng were fingered in the report, by stating they should only be recalled into the Black Stars, if they render an unqualified apology to all parties offended and the government white paper even suggested stiffer punishment.
This comes as good news for the senior national team as as Muntari will try to stage a comeback into the black stars
