Claude Le Roy Sentenced To Prison

Togo manager Claude Le Roy has been sentenced to two years in prison for his involvement in fraud.


 


According to Cameroon Intelligence Report, the African managerial legend who has previously coached Cameroon, Senegal, DR Congo and Congo has been sentenced to two years.


 


The sentence is in relation to fraud that occurred in certain transfers whilst managing Racing Strasbourg, who he led for five years from 1998 to 2003.


 


The 68-year-old has claimed he was uninformed of any wrong doing in the transfers in question.
