Fatao Dauda apologises his unruly conduct at post match press conference

Black Stars goalkeeper Fatao Dauda has apologized for his conduct during a post match press conference at the just ended G6 Tournament played at the Essipong Sports Stadium.


Speaking in an interview, Dauda said, his he regrets his actions during the press conference and added that he could have acted more maturely.


“We all lose our temper once in a while and i think it was one of such occasions. I admit i overacted and i appeal to all sports journalists to pardon me.


“Though his question was provocative and seemed rehearsed, i believe i should have given other journalists at the press conference the due respect to control my temper.


“I think my reaction was not right and i ask for forgiveness.” He noted in an interview.


He however appealed to media houses and senior sports journalists to give young journalists the needed training to avoid such occurrences.
