Enoch Adu Kofi Steers Malmo To The Summit In Sweden

FC Malmo has their Ghanaian import Enoch Adu Kofi to thank for their place at the top of the log after a 2-0 win over struggling Falkenberg.

The attacking midfielder shone at the center of the pitch for the Swedish Allsvenkan side in a keenly contested battle at home to the struggling visitors.

Falkenberg headed into the week 11 fixture with one win all season but stretched their second place hosts to the fullest limit in search of three points.

Enoch Kofi, who has been one of the shining stars for Malmo since his arrival from Clubbe Brugge however lived up to his status as one of the finest attacking midfielders in the division with a commanding display to tame the visitors and return to the summit of the log in Sweden.

Goals from Vidar Kjartanson and the experience Markus Rosengberg won the game for Malmo and extend their winning run to three matches.

Ghana midfielder Eric Kwakwa lasted 45 minutes for Falkenberg whiles Enoch Adu Kofi left the pitch in the final four minutes.
