Crocked Ghanaian forward David Accam made his long awaited injury return for Chicago Fires in a 1-1 thriller with DC United.
The pocket size Ghanaian import made a dream start to his 2016 MLS season before picking an injury ahead of the international break.
The 24 year old missed the last five weeks of actions for Chicago Fires before returning to ful fitness over the weekends.
The ex Helsinborg attacker however watched proceedings from the bench as Chicago dropped points in front of their teaming fans at the hands of DC United.
Accam pulled out of the 2017 AFCON qualification double header against Mozambique and was replaced by Inter Allies Evans Mensah for the crucial tie.
The forward could however be reinstated into the starting XI of Chicago Fire when they trek to Vancouver Whitecaps next week.
