In-form Liberty Professionals striker, Bernard Arthur has set his sight on scoring more goals to help his side finish at a respectable position on the log.
The 21-year old has scored 7 goals in all competitions in the ongoing campaign including 4 in his last 4 appearances for the Scientific Soccer Lads.
And speaking in an exclusive with SportsCrusader.com, following their 2-0 win over New Edubiase at the Carle Reindorf Park on Monday, Arthur, who scored the second goal for his side revealed that his main target is to score goals and push Liberty high up the league log.
“I just want to push my team higher. To the top four or may be win the league”, he said.
“I have not set any goal target for myself but I only want to continue scoring to help the team”, Bernard Arthur added.
Arthur missed the first four games of the season through injury but has gradually worked his way into the Liberty starting Eleven after a series of impressive displays coming off the bench.
Liberty are currently lying on the 5th position on the league log and will next travel to the Accra Sports Stadium to play Hearts of Oak on Thursday.
