Latif Blessing Elated To Be Back In The Eastern Region

Liberty Professionals talisman, Latif Atta Blessing has stated that, it was a nice feeling to be back playing football in the Eastern Region of Ghana- the place of his birth.


Friends and family members of the diminutive playmaker in the Region troop to the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu in their numbers to show support for the 18-year as he scored late in the game to rescue a point for the Scientific Soccer lads against Dreams FC on Wednesday afternoon.


And after the match, Blessing could not hide his Joy at playing football in front of the people of the Eastern Region.


“It was a nice feeling today[Wednesday] especially playing in front of the people in the Eastern Region and I come from the eastern where I was born, and I enjoyed playing football in the eastern region and also am proud of where I come from, precisely Nankese, where football is our daily food we eat everyday”, Blessing wrote on his Facebook page.


“I love playing in front of my people and it was nice feeling seeing them at Dawu Park today. From Nsawam to Dawu, I love u all and to all my people from Nankese who came to Dawu to support team Liberty Professionals because of me I say thank you all, and on behalf of my team mates, we say God richly bless you all”, he continued.


Latif Blessing’s goal against Dreams took his tally to nine for the season, level with Aduana Stars striker Yahaya Mohammed but has played a game less than the veteran forward
