Aduana stars attacker, Bright Adjei, is confident of winning his second CNN Goal of The Week, following his nomination.
Bright got nominated for the CNN weekly poll for his wonder strike away to Sogakope-based WAFA SC on match day 27.
The Dormaa-based attacker, inked his name into the record books as first home-based attacker to win the global accolade for his efforts against Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the first half of the season.
The former Tema Youth attacker credited his team mates for his global fame and remains confident he will annex the ultimate after the poll.
“It is always good to score and even better when your goals win you other side way awards.
“I don’t score goals to win individual glory but for collective efforts, so when I get nominated for anything, I credit my team mates.
“Having won one already in the first half, it will be another milestone to win as well. Hopefully, I add that to my trophy cabinet”, Adjei briefed Sports Crusader.
The youngster has been a revelation for the Dormaa-based top flight side since his arrival.
