Regional Football Association(RFA) president and the chairman of the National U-20 team, Alhaji Saadugu Daud Yahaya, presented the award on behalf of the GFA to the player.
General Manager of Wa All Stars, Seth Panwum, received the award on behalf of the player for his exploits in the game.
He became the second player from Wa All Stars to receive a match ball this season, after Maxwell Baako’s feat at home to Sekondi Hasaacas.
Ocran enjoyed a dream start to the season but a brief spell outside the country dented his chances of winning the golden boot.
The attacker currently has six goals to his name with three games to end the season.
