Bechem United have rejected an initial bid for their top striker, Abednego Tetteh, from Accra Hearts of Oak who are keen on acquiring his services, Sportscrusader.com can reveal.
According to reports gathered, Hearts, last week, made an official approach for the striker but Bechem United want Hearts to improve their offer, as the striker has been linked with a move to Europe.
The 25-year-old has been one of the brightest prospects in the just-ended Ghana Premier League, especially after helping his team, Bechem United, win this season’s MTN FA Cup.
Meanwhile, Hearts are favorites to sign Tetteh if his Europe deal should fall through, as the striker has expressed his admiration for the Phobia club in the past.
