The Black Stars of Ghana held their first training session today at the Accra Sports Stadium ahead of their 2018 World Cup qualifier against the Cranes of Uganda on Friday, October 7, 2016.
The training session which lasted for two hours saw 21 out of 24 players engaged in numerous training activities which was led by head coach, Avram Grant and his assistant Maxwell Konadu in very hot weather.
Three players which include Jeffery Schulpp, Adam Kwaresey and Thomas Partey are yet to arrive in camp,but they are expected to arrive this evening.
Inusah Musah and Emmanuel Ocran were in action as well and, closely monitored by Grant.
The team is due to fly out to Tamale tomorrow morning with its full compliment.
