Two New Edubiase FC players Banned for 5 matches

Two players of New Edubiase FC ( Ibrahim Samed and GEORGE Arthur) have been banned for 5 matches each after attacking the referee in their Ghana Premier League match against Dreams FC.

Sekondi Gyandu Park Temporarily Banned

The GFA Executive Committee has ordered for a temporary ban on the Sekondi Gyandu Park as a venue for Division One league matches with immediate effect.


This decision has become necessary  due to the unfortunate incident that occurred during the Match day 13 game between Proud United and Elmina Sharks played on Saturday, May 28.


This decision is in accordance with Article 15(2) of the GFA General Regulations which states that “the GFA may order the closure of any league centre where the safety of clubs, Match Officials or Spectators cannot be guaranteed”.







The Division One League Board will determine the venue for the affected Clubs subsequent home matches in accordance with the provisions of Article 15(3)of the GFA General Regulations.


This order is without prejudice to the determination of the case pending before the Disciplinary Committee.


Meanwhile, the Disciplinary Committee has been charged to hear the case in accordance with the GFA Regulations.

Ebusua Dwarfs Fined GH¢8,000 For Misconducts

Ebusua Dwarfs have been handed a total fine of GH¢8,000.00 after being charged on two counts of misconduct in their Ghana Premier League match against Ashantigold.


Dwarfs Rate GPL Stay Ahead Of Cup Glory


This was pronounced in the GFA Disciplinary Committee’s ruling delivered on Monday May 30.
