Without God’s mercy,

I would be pitiful

without His favor

I would be miserable.

 

Without His compassion,

I wouldn’t be sympathetic

without His humbleness

I wouldn’t be apologetic.

 

Without God’s clemency,

I would be hopeless

without God’s patience

I would be useless.

 

Without His mildness,

I would not be forgiving

without His tenderness

I would not be accepting.

 

Without God’s mercy,

I would be deplorable

without His favor

I would be just horrible!

 

Colossians 3:12-13

“Put on therefore, as the elect of God

holy and beloved, bowels of mercies,

kindness, humbleness of mind,

meekness, longsuffering;

 

Forbearing one another, and forgiving

one another, if any man have a quarrel

against any: even as Christ forgave

you, so also do ye.”

"Save A Life Today" By Deborah Ann

You can be a witness,

for our Lord and Savior

by sharing with others

His grace, love and favor.

Your words can be,

a testament to your belief

they can bring to another

a sense of peace and relief.

Your actions can speak,

volumes, if you will

for they can show others

how to wait and be still.

Your praise can display,

your devotion to the Lord

it may help a lost soul

to the truth, get on board.

Your wounds and scars,

can be a testimony

that He who healed them

is real and not a phony.

You can be a witness,

for your Lord and Savior

you can save a life today . . .

by your words and behavior!
