Photos: New GHALCA Chairman and Executives Sworn-In

The Ghana League Clubs Association of Ghana (GHALCA), has sworn into office the newly elected chairman and his executive members.


The Newly elected executives led by Kwadwo Fianoo (Chairman), Alex Ackumey (Vice Chairman), George Ofosuhene and John Ansah both Premier League representatives, Sometimer Otu Acheampong (Division One League), Samuel Agbobri (Division Two representative) and George Amoako (Treasure) were all sworn by high court judge, Justice Anim Yeboah at the RLG Hathiramani Sports Hall of the Accra Sports Stadium.

GHALCA Handing Over Postponed Indefinitely

The handing over and swearing-in ceremony of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), which was scheduled for today (Thursday), has been postponed indefinitely, Sports crusader can confirm.


The ceremony has been postponed to an indefinite date due to the body’s inability to arranged properly for the occasion.


According to Sportscrusader.com sources, the arrangement required for a handing over ceremony were not met after the outgoing and incoming executives met on Wednesday.


The association have been asked to put together a comprehensive plan within two weeks for the ceremony.


The internal handing over was done today and chairman and his team have began working, but the transitional team will meet both executives on 5th May before agreeing on a date for the handing over and swearing-in ceremony.
