Dreams FC head coach, C.K. Akunnor has admitted the number of goals scored by his team in a game tends to scare him after recording back-to-back one nil wins in their two games played in the 2015/16 Ghana premier league season.
The newly promoted side has been impressive in their debut premier league season after winning all the two matches played and are yet to concede a goal and this has seen them joint top of the log with Wa Allstars and Hearts and also boast of two clean sheets.
Coach Akunnor, a former Ghanaian international speaking to sportscrusader.com revealed the inadequate number of goals scored by his side bothers him but not to the extent of giving him sleepless night as he believes his team will develop as the season wears on.
He said, “it is worrying a little bit but I am not too bothered because we will keep improving and working towards it as we have the men to bang in the goals. We have the strikers to find the back of the net so very soon the goals will come along as we develop into the game.”
Dreams FC travel to Tema to face Inter Allies in match week three of the 2015/16 Ghana premier league season.
