"I"m Happy for Kenichi But ......" - Polo

Former Coach and player of Accra Hearts of Oak Mohammed Polo has expressed his admiration for the current coach of the club, Kenichi Yatsuashi and has entreated all fans and management members to support him to succeed.


“It is however my hope that, the fans, management and the board will support him in times of difficulties.” he stated.


Hearts of Oak is currently perched on top of the league log with 10 points having won three games and drawn one and is gradually making a statement to all football fans as they are showing glimpses of possible title contenders.


In an interview with sportscrusader.com the former coach Polo said “am happy for the eruptive start Kenichi has made in the Ghana Premier League, i will encourage him to do his best for the club and i will be glad if he is able to resurrect Hearts of Oak to its prime status”.


The ‘dribbling Magician’ as he was referred to also expressed his desire to support the team in its development and his readiness to offer technical advice as and when necessary.


Polo also encouraged current players in the Hearts of Oak team, to build a statue of their personality in the club, so that they emulate what other stelwart have done for the team.
