Inter Allies midfielder, Evans Mensah has expressed delight after winning his second man of the match award of the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League campaign.
The youngster winger was once again instrumental for the ‘eleven is to one’ as the fought hard to salvage a 2-2 draw at home to newly promoted Dreams FC.
Speaking to the Media after the match, Mensah revealed that, although he is not surprised about his form this season, he is happy to win his second man of the match award in three games played.
“I was not surprised because for the past three weeks i have really work hard”, he said.
“I try to improve myself every day, listen to my coach during training. so obviously I am very happy for yet another man of the match” he added.
Evans Mensah however stated that he is not going to be complacent after a sterling start to the season.
“It [MoTM] only tells me that I need to continue working hard so that each and every match I will be spot on” he said.
Following Sunday’s draw with Dreams FC, Inter Allies now have four points after three despite a relatively impressive start to the campaign.
