Inter Allies midfielder, Evans Mensah has revealed his target for the season is to move to mainstream football in Europe and not spend the rest of his career in the Ghana premier league.
The winger was named man-of-the-match player for the second game in their two home games played against Aduana Stars and Dreams FC respectively and his hot form since the league commenced has seen the creative player believe maintaining his form and helping the club will be a good omen for his dream of moving to continue his career in Europe.
Mensah who has been arguably Inter Allies best player this early in the season admitted after Allies 2-2 draw against Dreams FC in match week 3 of the Ghana premier league, “my target is to move on to Europe but for now my concentration is to help my current club perform well in the season. My admission of moving to Europe does not mean I don’t like the Ghana premier league as its serving as learning ground for me and gaining experience for future endevaours.
“As you know I have a family that looks up to me and at times our salary delays and many other challenges and this makes going to Europe the best move.”
Allies travel to Obuasi to face 11th placed, New Edubiase at the Len clay stadium.
