University of Ghana was crowned champions in a ‘push-up’ competition at the Easter edition of the Primeval Media-powered Accra Works Out, held today on the Multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports stadium.
The premier university of Ghana saw off stiff competition from Accra Polytechnic and other Keep-Fit clubs.
Competitors had to make 100 counts of push-ups to win the coveted prize, students from Legon proved the fittest to pass a successful 100 count.
The next Accra Works Out edition will be held on April 30, 2016 and will see Legon defend the crown as Accra Poly has vowed to claim the trophy and retain it for good.
Accra Works Out is free, but participants need to call 0244 53 80 87 to register.
