We"re Not Afraid Of Any Club - Kotoko

Kumasi Asante Kotoko potent forward, Dauda Mohammed has cautioned the remaining 15-clubs the Porcupine warriors respect all but fear none as the quest to reclaim the trophy begins this Sunday after losing the first game.

Kotoko began the season on the wrong foot recording a 2-0 defeat away to nemesis, West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) at Sogakope after starting the season as league favourites after an almost flawless pre-season preparation.

But the Reds have promised their fans of a strong revival starting with the game against Medeama on Sunday and the returnee from injury, Dauda has warned the remaining teams to expect nothing short of an improved performance and assured victory.

“Ashgold are out of Africa and are turning all attention on the league. But we are not scared of them. Nobody is beyond our capability,” he told the club’s website.

“We lost our first game and we have no excuse than to grab the six points (against Ashgold later in mid-week and Medeama on Sunday) at stake. Anything less than victory can be disastrous because some of the teams have already taken the lead,” he added.
