Zamzam Drinking Water Signs Deal With Wa Rockets FC

Manufacturers of ZamZam Drinking Water have signed a sponsorship deal with division one side Wa Rockets FC ahead of their FA cup tie with BA United at the Wa Park.

The sponsorship deal will see the manufacturing company supply sachet drinking water to the division one side for the full throttle of the 2016 GN Bank division one season.

Wa Rockets FC, kicked off their season with a slim 1-0 defeat at Techiman to Berlin FC after a monstrous qualification in the Upper West Regional Division II league.

Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the distillery company, Alhaji Toeba Maadanla, commended the management of Wa Rocktes FC for their resilient character en route to their qualification.

“Wa Rockets FC is not owned by any individual in the region. It is only been run by a group of individuals but belongs to the entire community per my understanding of football. It is only been run by group of people because they have the requisite knowledge of the game.

I would have loved to support beyond just drinking water as a football fan. It is a privilege to be linked with such a big brand as a company. We will continue to support Rockets FC in diverse ways but for now our company will be supplying water both at the training ground and on match days”, Alhaji Toeba told sports crusader.

The deal will see Zamzam supplying Wa Rockets FC with over 360 packs of the branded sachets water.

Team manager of Wa Rockets FC, Salifu orumah, in turn thanked the CEO of Zamzam group of companies for his kind gesture.

“I can only thank the CEO for his willingness to assist us with his products as we embark on a lengthy GN Bank Division one season.

“If others come on board like he has, I think our preparation will improve tremendously and we will make headway in the league, home or away.

“We will try everything possible to get a good name for the club and their brand as well. Our Premiership ambition has been boosted with this offer”, Orumah told sports crusader after the match.
