Liberty Professionals stylish forward Latif Atta Blessing has earned the praises of his manager after a strong performance at the Wa Park on Sunday.
The pocket size attacker stormed the Wa Park with his dexterity and led his Dansoman based side to a well deserved point away to the league leaders.
Head coach of Liberty George Lamptey commended his workaholic attacker but refuses to compare him with the departed kennedy Ashia who left for Sudan at the end of the 2014/15 FCPPL season.
George Lamptey highlighted the flair and energy sapping runs unleashed by Blessing as his arsenal while heaping praise of Kennedy for his responsible approach to games.
“Kennedy is a bit ahead of Blessing. Kennedy was a goal poacher, always looking for chances to shoot but Blessing is equally intelligent and very skillful.
Atta has got a lot of strength and likes to run a lot with or without the ball”, George Lamptey told sports crusader.
The Dansoman based trainer then tipped their host Wa All Stars as one of the tough nuts to crack across the season, either at home or on the road.
“Wa All Stars have a very good team that is playing very well too. It was a very good game from them but we defended gallantly. We came to defend and it worked for us”, the Whites trainer added.
Blessing has been tipped by many to shoulder the responsibilities left by the departed Ken Ashia for Liberty after making a breakthrough last season.
