The vice president of the Ghana Football Association, George Afriyie has eulogised Dreams Football Club for introducing innovative ways into the Ghana Premier league.
The league debutants adopted the Dawu stadium which was dormant for a close to a decade, and renovated the venue to meet the required standard to host league matches.
They have also provided internet service and refreshments for media who cover their home league matches at the stadium. The Kwaiman-based Club has branded the team bus with the images of their playing body and have branded mugs for sale.
And George Afriyie is impressed with the new ideas the club has introduced to the local scene and reckon it could be a learning curve for other clubs.
“Thumbs up to Dreams FC for the great innovations they have introduced into the local league,” George Afriyie told Starr FM.
“I think this could go down into a learning curve for most of the clubs in the league.” He noted.
Dreams FC qualified to the Ghana Premier league as winners of Zone 3 of the GN Bank Division One League.
They’ve won their first two premier league games against Ebusua Dwarfs (on Match Week One) and Bechem United (Match Week Two).
