Wa All Stars trainer, Amos Adepa has said that his outfit will not allow Liberty Professionals to defeat them at their own back-yard for the second season in a row when the two side’s meet at the Wa Park on Sunday.
According to him he has comprehensively studied the Dansoman based side and is confident his boys will have enough to avoid a first defeat of the 2015/2016 campaign.
Speaking to Asempa FM in Accra, Amos Adepa noted that the series of pre-season games they played against Liberty will prove vital when the two sides meet for Ghana Premier League week three encounter in the Upper West Regional capital.
“Before our trip, we did our pre-season in Accra and we played them [Liberty] in some agency match. We played them about four times over there so roughly i have clue about their team” Adepa said.
“Once they were playing in the league and knowing we were going to play with them, I sent scouts to monitor them else where so that my work will be lightened. Once we are ready to welcome them on Sunday, I am confident that things will change and we will allow ourselves to be beaten twice by them” he added.
Wa All Stars are currently top of the Ghana Premier League after two rounds of matches with maximum points and will hope to record a victory on Sunday to consolidate their position on the log.
