Head coach of Medeama SC, Tom Strand has mentioned that he is confident his team will bounce back from their two successive defeats in the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League.
The 2014/15 FA Cup and Super Cup champions are yet to win a match in the two-week-old Ghana premier league.
They lost their first game 1-0 to defending league champions, Ashantigold in match week one and followed it up with yet another 0-2 loss to Accra Hearts of Oak last Sunday at their favourite Tarkwa TNA Park.
They play their next game on Sunday against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara stadium, and coach Tom Strand insists that they have moved on from the two defeats.
“It’s one of those things that happen in football and we have accepted it and moved on as a team. We have 28 matches more to play plus other competitions, so we can’t give up now, it’s too early for that”.
