Inter Allies forward Ropapa Mensah has called on the playing body of the club to build on their spirited start to the new Ghana Premier League season.
The Tema-based club humbled Aduana Stars 2-0 at the Tema sports stadium on Sunday, courtesy of Ropapa Mensah and Isaac Twum and the former wants the team to keep the momentum going.
“You want to get good performances and build up momentum so hopefully, I think I can take the positives from what I learnt from the first match into the next one,”the former Cape Coast Strikers attacker told his club’s official website, www.interalliesfc.com
“It was a big game and it’s always nice to get your name on the score sheet to make everyone happy. It was virtually a total team’s effort and we must build on that.” He noted
On a personal note, Ropapa said: “The season has just started I think, I have to add a lot of things to improve my game and get better.
“I have to keep my head on straight, work hard and keep competing everyday because the team is made up of many talented players.” He said.
